The ServSafe manager exam is given in a proctored environment and has 90 multiple choice questions. Upon completion of the course, and passing of an exam, students will receive a ServSafe food protection manager certification, which is accredited by the ANSI-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). The food safety program for managers is designed to provide food safety training to food service managers.
